I exited my 10-year corporate career one year ago in May 2024. I thought I’d have a smooth ride stepping into my vision. I’d lined everything up - my move ‘to the world’, my business, my adventures… And up stood the universe who said

“BUT FIRST here’s more ways you need to change to become that version of you. Because these last 3 years? You’ve only scraped the surface my love!”

One year post-corporate, four existential crises, and a revelation of all the places I felt unsafe, unloved and unworthy… which I thought I had identified and addressed already (I have learned there's always more)… and I don’t even think the universe is done with me yet.

I’m making this book to share my story with you in the hopes that it reminds you that you are in fact THAT B*TCH with your emotional power too.

In my quirky creative fashion, this isn’t a normal book. It’s made from the words I have lived during my first year post-corporate. I’m sharing the real, raw messages I sent to my people, my journal entries, my poems, my paintings, and more from throughout this year. It’s self-published, self-illustrated, self-written, and self-lived.

There’s been adventures of my dreams across the world while I’ve lived in 5 different countries. There’s been the end of a romantic relationship proudly instigated by moi (anxious attachment healers squad I know you feel me). And there’s been more creativity through dancing, painting, poetry and entrepreneurship than I’ve experienced in my entire adult life.

The story is written. The story is who I am today. I’m curating it in this book in the hopes that it will support you in your own journey and emotional power, or at the very least provide some deep thoughts, giggles and warm sensations.

The book costs £15 and I’ll ship it to you directly from my hands and the local post office on the publication date 19th November 2025. All pre-orders have the option to receive their copy signed. There is also an option to donate to support my future work which is totally optional. Everything will go towards the cost of self-publishing this book and bringing more of my creative dreams to life.
